Here’s what’s on our list for July.

We never leave empty-handed when we visit this hidden gem tucked away in a Cañon Drive courtyard. Anne Sisteron.com is always open, but her brick and mortar jewelry boutique, like a private club, keeps unusual hours. We make sure to call before stopping by and see Mae, our go-to girl, who always steers us in the right direction. Stars and stripes forever!

If you should happen to find yourself across the pond this summer, get your fashion fix double whammy at the Victoria and Albert Museum. Alexander McQueen Savage Beauty is on view here until August and if you’re wondering how to complete the look, don’t miss Shoes: Pleasure and Pain.

We pretty much love every film that Judd Apatow has ever made, so we’re looking forward to a little summer comedic relief from this one. Amy Schumer and Bill Hader star in Trainwreck and with cameos by everyone from Tilda Swinton to LeBron James, what could possibly go wrong?

Since we never know when the beach may beckon, we always like to have one of these numbers at arms reach. Depending on the occasion, we might twist it into a dress, wear it as a sarong or in a pinch, even use it as a towel. The star pattern makes us feel July 4th festive and at $28 a pop, we can justify having one or two colors of this sarong in our beach bag at all times.

Casual and airy, Catch and Release brings us back to our native Maine and California roots. Never ones to pass up a deal, we like to swing by their happy hour (Tuesdays through Fridays from 4:00-6:00) for some tasty seafood and cocktails after a hot July day.
